Grade 1 · Unit 4: Materials in my world

What is it made of?

Everything is made of a material.

Materials everywhere

Look around your classroom. Everything is made of materials. A chair can be wood. A spoon is metal.

More materials

A window is glass. Your shirt is fabric. A tyre is rubber. A bottle can be plastic.

One thing, many materials

A rickshaw has many materials. Its body is metal. Its tyres are rubber. Its seat is covered in fabric.

What I learnt
